Foraging in Boston


I've been foraging in Boston looking for some of the best fish to serve in Oklahoma City. I'm getting very excited about opening Flint at the Colcord Hotel next month... and at the same time we're getting ready to open Vast on the 49th floor of Devon Energy Center in the fall.
We'll be serving fresh fish from Foley's, a legendary Massachusetts family-run fishery that dates back almost 50 years. This is the real deal.
