Foraging in Boston
I've been foraging in Boston looking for some of the best fish to serve in Oklahoma City. I'm getting very excited about opening Flint at the Colcord Hotel next month... and at the same time we're getting ready to open Vast on the 49th floor of Devon Energy Center in the fall.
We'll be serving fresh fish from Foley's, a legendary Massachusetts family-run fishery that dates back almost 50 years. This is the real deal.

Foraging in Oklahoma
Finally the book is completed. Here is a sneak peek of the cover - Foraging in Oklahoma. It was truly a journey doing this with Steve and J.D. Believe it or not, we did the cover photo out in typically unpredictable Oklahoma weather. Steve believed the forecast and thought it would be sunny and 53 degrees. I got to be the cover model in what turned out to be a mix of sleet and freezing drizzle.
